Dr. Min-Yi Shih

Originally from Taiwan, Dr. Min-Yi Shih combines a rigorous foundation in physics with advanced academic credentials—a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. This multidisciplinary background informs his unique perspective on innovation, strategy, and organizational growth.

Dr. Shih has held executive leadership roles across R&D, defense, medical, energy, and communication equipment sectors, where he has consistently led transformative initiatives and technological breakthroughs. His expertise spans scaling operations, manufacturing, organizational structuring, supply chain optimization, go-to-market strategy, and technology and product development.
